This privacy policy aims to comprehensively inform you about your data's processing within our company and the data protection claims and rights you are entitled to according to Art. 13 of the European Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR).

Safeguarding your privacy when processing personal data is crucial to us. By default, our web servers store the IP of your Internet Service Provider, the website you visit us from, the web pages you visit on our site, and the date and duration of your visit when you visit our website. This information is essential for the technical transmission of the web pages and secure server operation. A personalized evaluation of this data does not occur.

Should you send us data via a contact form, this data gets stored on our servers during data backup. We exclusively use your data to process your request. Your data will be treated with strict confidentiality, and there is no transfer to third parties.

WHAT DATA ARE PROCESSED AND FROM WHAT SOURCES DO THESE DATA ORIGINATE?
The personal data we process includes:

Your master/contact data: for customers, this includes first and last name, address, contact details (e-mail address, telephone number, date of birth).

For applicants and employees: first and last name, address, contact data (e-mail address, telephone number), date of birth, data from CV and references, bank data, picture recordings.

For business partners: designation of legal representatives, company name, commercial registration number, VAT number, company number, address, contact person contact data (e-mail address, telephone number), bank data.

For company visitors: name and signature.

For journalists: first and last name, e-mail address.

We also process the following other personal data:

Information on the nature and content of contract data, order data, sales and document data, customer and supplier history, and consulting documents,

Advertising and sales data,

Information from your electronic dealings with us (e.g., IP address, log-in data),

Other data we have received from you during our business relationship (e.g., in customer meetings),

Data we generate ourselves from master/contact data and other data, such as customer demand and customer potential analyses,

Documentation of your declaration of consent for receiving, e.g., newsletters,

Photo shoots in the context of events.

FOR WHAT PURPOSES AND ON WHAT LEGAL BASIS IS THE DATA PROCESSED?

We process your data in compliance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (DS-GVO) and the Federal Data Protection Act 2018, as amended, for the following purposes:

For the fulfillment of (pre-)contractual obligations (Art 6 para 1lit.b DS-GVO): The processing of your data takes place for contract processing online, especially during business initiation and execution of contracts with you.

For the fulfillment of legal obligations (Art 6 para 1 lit.c DS-GVO): Processing your data is necessary to comply with various legal obligations, for example, from the Commercial Code or the Fiscal Code.

For the protection of legitimate interests (Art 6 para 1 lit.f DS-GVO): Based on a balancing of interests, data processing may occur beyond the actual fulfillment of the contract to protect our or third parties' legitimate interests. Examples include advertising or marketing (see No. 4), measures for business management and further development of services and products, maintaining a customer database to improve customer service, in the context of law enforcement, sending non-promotional information and press releases.

With your consent (Art 6 para 1lit.a DSGVO): If you have given us consent to process your data, e.g., to send you our newsletter, publish photos, etc.

PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA FOR ADVERTISING PURPOSES

You have the right to object to your personal data's processing for advertising purposes at any time. We process your personal data for direct marketing purposes. If you object to processing for advertising purposes, we will no longer process your personal data for these purposes.

WHO RECEIVES YOUR DATA?

Your data is received by those internal departments or organizational units that require them to fulfill our contractual and statutory obligations or to implement our legitimate interests.

Your data will also be processed in our order by our service partners (e.g., postal services, logistics companies, banks, IT service providers).

We are furthermore obliged in individual cases to provide information to public authorities on request, e.g., to law enforcement agencies or tax authorities.

WHAT RIGHTS DO YOU HAVE?

Right to Information: You can request information about your personal data processed by us.

Correction Right: If we have stored your data incorrectly or incompletely, you can request their correction or completion.

Right to Deletion: You can demand the deletion of your data if we process them unlawfully or if the processing disproportionately interferes with your legitimate protection interests. Please note that there may be reasons that prevent immediate deletion, e.g., in the case of legally regulated retention requirements.

Despite your right to deletion, we can immediately completely anonymize your data so that restoration is not possible.

Restriction of Processing Right: You can demand the restriction of processing of your data if you dispute the accuracy of the data for a period that allows us to verify the accuracy of the data, the processing of the data is unlawful, but you reject deletion and instead demand a restriction of data use, we no longer need the data for the intended purpose, but you still need this data to assert or defend legal claims, or you have objected to the processing of the data.

Data Transferability Right: You can request that we provide the data you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format and that you can transfer this data to another person responsible without hindrance from us, provided that we process this data based on an agreement given and revocable by you or for the execution of a contract between us, and this processing is done using automated procedures.

Right to Object: If we process your data out of a legitimate interest, you can object to this data processing at any time; this would also apply to profiling based on these provisions. If you do not provide this data to us, we will usually have to refuse to conclude the contract or will no longer be able to perform an existing order and consequently have to terminate it. However, you are not obliged to give your consent to the processing of data that is not relevant or legally required for the fulfillment of the contract.

AUTOMATIC COLLECTION OF NON-PERSONAL DATA
